A Liverpool City Centre Engineering consultancy are on the lookout for a Senior Associate Civil Engineer to join their office of over 60 staff and become an important part of the business.
The company operate across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Education projects and are looking for someone with at least 10+ years experience as a Civil Design Engineer within consultancy and Chartership with the ICE to join them and help to manage a team of 14 Civil Engineers and Technicians.
Responsibilities of a Senior Associate Civil Engineer:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery.
• Lead the development of innovative engineering designs.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Offer technical guidance on complex issues.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and standards, including ICE guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal Senior Associate Civil Engineer will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MICE membership required.
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Advanced technical proficiency.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen and financial understanding.

This role will be paying �60,000 - �65,000 as a base salary to the right person plus benefits.
