Our Team We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team in Sheffield. Working alongside our 6 other national Will, Trust and Estate Disputes teams, the Sheffield team has many years of experience representing executors, beneficiaries, and trustees to provide outstanding client care and achieve landmark case judgments. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within an established and innovative offering and to play a key role in overseeing juniors within the team and driving the Sheffield offering forward. You’ll work alongside leading solicitors and experts on a stimulating mix of high quality privately funded cases as well as handling cases with alternative funding such as CFAs, LEI, ATE and BTE insurance. About You Experienced Contentious Trusts and Probate Litigation SolicitorHave a strong appetite for business development, able to build successful relationships with referrers of work, members of the bar and the legal professionExperience in overseeing and mentoring junior colleaguesAble to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and develop other team members.Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuitionExisting contacts in within the local area would be beneficialIdeally, already being, or working towards becoming, a member of ACTAPS and/or STEP professional bodiesWe’re proud of our values, and we’re looking for people who share them:To be pioneering with an imaginative outlookTo be approachable and caringTo be tenacious in the pursuit of our objectivesTo be efficient in the provision of our servicesTo work with a foundation of integrity.
