Our Team We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team in Sheffield. Working alongside our 6 other national Will, Trust and Estate Disputes teams, the Sheffield team has many years of experience representing executors, beneficiaries, and trustees to provide outstanding client care and achieve landmark case judgments. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within an established and innovative offering and to play a key role in overseeing juniors within the team and driving the Sheffield offering forward. You’ll work alongside leading solicitors and experts on a stimulating mix of high quality privately funded cases as well as handling cases with alternative funding such as CFAs, LEI, ATE and BTE insurance.
