Job DescriptionSenior Asset ManagerLondonJob Purpose:Opportunity to work with one of the UK’s most active and experienced investors in single family PRS. The job holder will take overall responsibility for the Asset Management of the GIM Residential Portfolios. In addition, the role will involve oversight of the delivery of all new Build to Rent (BTR) sites acquired by the business working closely with our Development Manager.Responsibilities:Taking responsibility for the overall performance of the Groups’ assets from an Asset Management perspective.Taking an analytical approach to the management of granular PRS portfolios working with analysts in the GIM business to monitor and drive portfolio performance.Working in conjunction with the Structuring Team to ensure accurate, detailed, and timely delivery of all Asset Management reporting to key JV partners.Work with the Development Manager to monitor and manage employer’s agent on all development sites.Work with the Development Manager to ensure that accurate reporting of development progress is provided on a regular basis to JV Partners and investors.Knowledge and Experience:Proven track record of experience in portfolio asset management (ideally with a Residential background).Organised, process driven individual able to co-ordinate resources both externally & externally to manage granular residential portfolios successfully from delivery to stabilisation and to portfolio exit as required.Able to produce high quality, accurate reporting for external investors and JV partners.Ability to analyse and interpret data sets with strong Microsoft Excel skills a requirement for the role.Experienced individual able to challenge and drive performance particularly of property managers.An understanding of development processes, project monitoring, construction documents, professional appointments, and delivery of projects.
