We are looking for an experienced, Senior Architectural Technologist to become part of our rapidly growing business. Responsible for our survey functions and drawing office, providing technical support throughout the business and be part of the product development team.

You will be responsible for:
Technical development of our existing products
Development of new product offerings
Drawing office management and support
Survey management and support
Monitoring and reporting to ensure services meet performance targets
Delivering expert technical and strategic advice

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (Dependant on experience)

The ideal candidate would have a building surveyor background with MRICS qualification or nearing APC completion. You will be someone who is not afraid to lead from the front, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and as well as leading and working as part of a team. An understanding of contract administration would be beneficial, as would experience with AutoCAD software packages. A comprehensive knowledge of the domestic property sector is essential.
