Their Manchester studio, located in the heart of the city centre, is home to a talented design team of over 80 professionals. Due to their continued success in securing a number of exciting new residential, hotel and mixed-use development projects they have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist who is passionate about design and has the ambition to lead.
The Role:
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with their talented team to contribute your expertise in detailed design and project coordination.
Key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and construction documents for tender and construction phases.
Ensure the technical accuracy and compliance of architectural drawings and specifications.
Support a diverse range of prestigious projects, principally within the commercial, residential and hotel sectors.
