You will be delivering and working on projects in a variety of sizes and complexity across the UK. These sectors include residential commercial, education, industrial, retail, heritage, leisure and defence. This is the chance to join an exceptional large reputable company to grow your professional skills and development with a very friendly team who are all very sociable and work together.You will be contributing to growing and developing existing clients and be expected to travel.A competitive package is available with flexibility being a big part of what is offered, continuous training and professional memberships paid for, generous annual leave plus more!The Role:Producing working drawing packages to include coordination of design, production and construction packagesKnowledgeable on UK building regulationsSolve technical issuesLiaising with consultants and clientsLead and manage technical design projectsMeasured surveys and site inspectionsProficient in Revit is preferred but not essentialProven ability to run projects across technical stagesUK based professional practice experience requiredExcellent communication skills and work well in a team and independentlyTechnical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workloadHave the relevant degree – chartered CIAT
