Senior Architectural Technologist

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in their projects, working closely with their design teams to bring architectural concepts to life.Projects will mainly be housing, education, commercial and distilleries. Your expertise in building technology, construction methods, and CAD software will be essential in producing detailed design and construction drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects and designers to develop and refine project designs.Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.Perform site surveys and assessments as needed.Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and building codes.Ensure designs comply with sustainability and accessibility standards.Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Contribute to project budgets and timelines.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.Proven experience in architectural technology, preferably within an architectural firm.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Commitment to sustainable design practices.Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.Support for professional development and training.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Chance to be part of a globally recognised architectural firm.Work-life balance and flexible working arrangements.3 days in office, 2 from home.
