Senior Architectural Technologist for Interior Projects

Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist looking for a dynamic and challenging role within the luxury hospitality and commercial sector?
Our client is a seeking a talented individual to join their team in a senior capacity. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of their luxury hospitality, commercial and residential projects from the initial stages through to completion.
This growing design led studio works across disciplines to create beautiful UK focused projects ranging from one off luxury residential projects, to commercial workplace fitouts, and most recently a 200 bed hotel.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects through all stages to completion, collaborating with internal and external design teams
Work closely with Directors to ensure high-quality project deliverables and timelines are met
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large-scale developments to smaller projects
Manage a team consisting of juniors and mid-weights, as well as external consultants
Represent the company professionally and act as a positive role model to support our team and company culture
Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with design trends, innovative materials, products, and suppliers.
Demonstrate cultural curiosity and contribute to the achievement of strategic goals
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist in the UK
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and suppliers
Passionate about design and dedicated to delivering exceptional results
Intuition and proactive attitude manage projects and teams seamlessly
Experience working on site, managing consultants and contractors
