The practice offers sustainable architectural services, along with interior, urban design, and master planning. They have developed a diverse range of projects within the portfolio, including residential, commercial, leisure and civic projects.The successful candidate will be leading a small team so managerial experience is essential. You will also be working on large scale residential projects so having a portfolio that shows this is essential. Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate will have great knowledge of building regulations in either the UK or Gibraltar.Experience:10+ Years within the industryTechnical experienceUse of REVIT, BIMAbility to relocate to GibraltarUK building regulation knowledgeIn return you will receive a highly competitive salary package, including flexible working.
