This dynamic practice offers expert design and technical services across multiple sectors with specialist focus on residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architect to become an integral member of a growing practice and get involved in a number of exciting projects. This thriving practice have earnt themselves an excellent reputation and with their increasing workload they are keen to find a driven Senior Architect to join their social team in Essex.

The successful Senior Architect with have substantial post Part Three qualification with job running experience and proven record across all RIBA stages. Their versatile skill set will be evident through their experience and portfolio.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Extensive post qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
• Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
• Good understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical skills
• Proven record working in the residential and mixed use sectors
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Driven approach to work and professional development
• Work well within a team environment
• Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice
• Job running experience is essential
• Proven experience across all RIBA stages
• Capable at producing high quality construction packages
• Confident liaising with contractors, clients and other professionals
• Able to network and win work
