Our client is a multi-award wiinning Architectural practice who are dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions for a diverse range of projects across both public and private sectors (commercial, residential, education, healthcare, logistics, leisure).� With a strong track record over many years, they have earned a reputation for excellence in design, innovation, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with the established team of Architects and Designers you will support and often lead the design process for a variety of projects dependent upon size and complexity.� Typical responsibilities would include:
  • Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of architectural designs for a broad variety of projects
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building control and planning requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into the design process.
  • Assist in the administration of construction projects, including site visits, quality control, and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative and sustainable solutions to projects.


Skills & Experience:
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate:
  • ARB / RIBA registration
  • Minimum of 3 years post Part III experience, preferably within an established architectural practice
  • Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and BREEAM is a plus.
  • Proficiency with REVIT, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adept at time management and meeting project deadlines.
