This would suit an architect who has significant experience across the stages in sustainable retrofit including FF&E procurement, materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling.Key Responsibilities Lead a team of interior designers and coordinate with in house architects on project concurrently.
Oversee and manage the production of information.
Lead client and consultant team meetings.
Extensive collaboration of design ideas and continuing to develop the company’s unique ethos.
Be a source of knowledge for the relatively newly formed butfast growing interiors team.Skills and Experience Part III and ARB qualified architect with proven UK experience.
Experience working on workplace interiors,
Strong relationship management and exceptional communication skills with the desire to lead teams to success.
A sensitive and rigorous approach to design with a passion for craftsmanship and materiality supported by portfolio of the highest quality.
FF+E, procurement +scheduling experience.
AutoCAD with Vectorworks + Rhino preferable.
