This role is designed for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-minded individual who excels in a dynamic environment, innovating and delivering high-quality software solutions efficiently.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python and its application in web and software development, along with a passion for solving complex problems and contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology.Job Qualifications:7+ years of professional experience in application development, with a significant portion dedicated to Python.Comprehensive understanding of web technologies and architectures, with the ability to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions.Experience in developing and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.Entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working in fast-paced environments to deliver innovative solutions that push technological boundaries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development teams.Desirable Skills:Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, asynchronous communication, and CI/CD pipelines demonstrating proficiency in modern deployment and containerization technologies.Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby) is a plus.Active participation in the tech community, demonstrated through contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or speaking engagements.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of scalable backend systems, APIs, and services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.Expertise in Python and its frameworks (such as Django, Flask, FastAPI), with a strong grasp of software engineering principles.Design and implement data storage solutions, understanding the intricacies of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and integration of third-party services.Promote and implement best practices in code quality, testing, and maintenance to ensure high standards are met and maintained.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and other engineers to create cohesive and innovative solutions.As an ethical employer, Tag will never ask job applicants to provide private, sensitive information upfront or make offers of employment contingent on financial requests or responsibilities from any candidate.
