The client is seeking an experienced Senior Application Analyst NEC to join their welcoming team.The Senior Application Analyst NEC Role:The role of the Senior Applications Analyst will be to support and assist in the provision of technical support and documentation for Service Charges & Major works to include billing and reconcilliation within NEC Housing.Reconciliation of Major Works and Service Charge information to produce bills as per the billing cycle.Support project work as a subject matter expert enabling projects to be delivered on time and to the required quality.What the Senior Application Analyst NEC Will Need:- Experience of Service Charges billing and reconcilliation within NEC Housing- Experience of writing SQL for Oracle database scripting- Experience of formulas in Excel spreadsheets- Experience of investigating, troubleshooting, resolving day to day help desk calls pertaining to NEC- Understanding and knowledge of data tables and reporting tool used with NEC- Knowledge and experience of creating and trouble shooting DTI’s- Knowledge and experience of NEC modules (Estates- Rents)- Experience of Northgate data loaders and batch processes- Support the application release and deployment management process so that all phases are undertaken before release into production- Install and configure software upgrades and provide on-going technical maintenance and usage support of business applications- Provide on-going technical maintenance and usage support of business applications- Specify, implement, install and configure new third party business applications to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the service area, liaising with project managers and suppliers where necessary- Analyse, define, configure and implement interfaces between business applications to provide integrated solutions- Understand the security threats posed by/to applications that are accessible via the internet, devising and implementing security measuresMinorities, women, LGBTQ+ candidates, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.Interviews will take place this and next week, so please apply immediately to be considered for this exciting contract role or call Bangura Solutions to discuss this role further
