Job TitleSenior AnalystJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionSenior Analyst - Valuation and AdvisoryLocation - LondonWe are currently looking for a Senior Analyst who will join our industry-leading Alternatives Valuations & Advisory team in our London City office.As a Senior Analyst, you will be supporting the wider team and making a significant contribution to their service offering through the use of cashflow modelling, valuation support and data analysis.Core Responsibilities:• Supporting with valuation analysis and model creation.• Performance of valuations on a wide range of entities using discounted earnings, discounted cashflow, market multiples.• Participate in valuation work.• Providing client insight via data led judgements.• Presentation of results in a clear and concise report to project teams.• Continuous monitoring of market drivers and trends.• Assisting in the development of presentations and publications communicated to clients.• Provide pitch and presentation support.Knowledge & Experience:• Proficient Microsoft Excel knowledge mandatory.• Degree in a relevant subject preferable but not essential.• Real estate or professional services experience an advantage but not essential.• Understanding of broader financial markets (equities and fixed income) and modelling CAPM and WACC advantageous.We are looking for someone to support the team in valuation analysis and cashflow modelling.
