Senior Analyst | Infrastructure Debt Investments| Private Credit

Your new role
Reporting to our specialist Infrastructure Debt Investment Director here in London, this new seat on the team will join a team of 5-6 Colleagues, supporting Private Credit.
The team focuses on Property and Infrastructure Debt origination, structuring, and execution, where you would be using broad-based analytical skills and emerging commercial acumen to accurately identify and analyse key investment issues and make recommendations.
As Senior Investment Analyst, you will be a key part of the team and naturally assist, have responsibilities, and require experience across:
New Transaction Execution / Credit Assessment
Investment management
Portfolio Management
This will include:
Building financial models from scratch
Determine internal credit ratings for individual investments.
Prepare credit papers and recommendations for submission to the relevant committee.
Review term sheets and legal documentation.
Report on the performance of individual loans and sectors.
You will need:
Great exposure within the UK/European infrastructure debt/private credit investment space
Experience working within asset management/investment banking/financial services.
Relevant degree and/or qualifications
Excellent financial modelling and report writing skills.
Extensive analysis and research experience, with excellent communication skills
Transaction work stream experience
European language would be a bonus.
This role is based on-site at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
