Job Title: Senior Analyst - Debt Advisory
Location: London, West End
Role Purpose
CBRE Debt & Structured Finance is a core component of the Corporate Finance offering within the Capital Advisors division of CBRE. The team offers some of the most comprehensive real estate finance services in EMEA.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analyst to join this growing and successful business. The role requires the ability to work in a team environment, evidencing strong communication skills and having an excellent understanding of financial modelling. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a busy workload and have excellent written and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Preparing financial models providing detailed financial analysis across all sectors of the real estate market including both development and investment assets
Preparing market leading collateral and financing memorandums
Assisting on the documentation, transaction and execution process
Participating in meetings and/or conference calls to provide updates on progress
Proactively manage all client follow up and information requests
Working with autonomy and supporting senior team members on high profile instructions
Monitor daily news bulletins - research and update team on relevant sector news

Requirements
A strong academic background with bachelors or post-graduate degree preferably with a specialisation in real estate and/or finance
Strong cash flow modelling and risk analysis skills
Excellent, clear and concise communication skills both verbally and in writing
Transactional/project experience, ideally in the real estate debt sector
Enjoys working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Self-motivated while working as part of an energetic and enthusiastic team
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
