You will join the Risk team working to maximise the value of exposure management, through embedding the latest views of risk, enabling technologies to support algorithmic underwriting activity and managing risk exposures in line with the companies’ agreed strategies and external requirements.Location: LondonCategory: Exposure ManagementType: PermanentAs a senior manager:you will take on a leadership role in the Risk function, working closely with senior business stakeholders to ensure Exposure Management Framework is delivering maximum valueYour team will be responsible for ensuring the group identifies, measures, manages and reports catastrophe risks and material exposures for natural and non-natural risksWorking with the algorithmic underwriting teams, you will embed the latest view of risk aggregations in the underwriting platform, enabling the algorithm to optimally deploy available aggregate capacity in a dynamic fashion across both their own syndicate and those of its partnersWorked within the Lloyds/London MarketExcellent knowledge of risk aggregation tools and discipline and a firm grasp of the commercial drivers affecting risk decisions in the insurance sectorDemonstrable experience in reporting requirements related to Exposure Management, particularly for businesses operating at Lloyds (e.g. LCM, RDS, RDL)Track record of effective team management and operating at a senior level across an insurance organisation
