This creates new opportunities for driven and skilled individuals to join one of the fastest-growing consultancies globally.Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a senior Agile Business Analyst who is expert in requirements management with a particular focus in banking and insurance industry.Using your analysis skills, you will be able to investigate problems and identify opportunities for improvement, support prioritisation decisions and define success measures. You will understand any business and policy constraints that need to be considered and be able to assess their impact.You will be able to work without supervision, and collaboratively with other disciplines in a team to deliver better results, and manage stakeholder relationships within client projects. Where needed, you will be able to lead a team, raising risks and issues to the appropriate people.You will join into a thriving community of BAs in Version 1 where you will have the opportunity to learn and share best practice and mentor others.QualificationsEssential skills and experienceExpert in requirements management, including business, functional, reporting and data requirementsAbility to work closely with business stakeholders as well as third parties to understand and clarify business needs, facilitate conversations, prioritise requirements and ensure these are translated into optimum solutionsExperience delivering current state, interim state and future state end to end process mapping, training material, RI calculation modelling, RI portfolio reconciliation, gross data mapping and RI data mappingExperience understanding research and the user’s experience, using findings to inform decision making and balancing user needs against business prioritiesExperience leading and managing the execution of deliverables, raising appropriate risks and issues to the attention of senior stakeholders, with mitigating actionsAbility to support the testing of a technical solution to ensure it meets business and user needs, focusing on functionality and usability of software throughout the systems development life cycleDemonstrable knowledge of Agile methodologyExperience working independently and leading a teamDemonstrate an understanding of industry standards, compliance with laws, rules and regulations and sound ethical judgementREPOs/Reverse REPOsAdditional InformationLocation: This role can be delivered in a hybrid nature from one of these offices Dublin, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh or London.At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their well-being, professional growth, and financial stability.One of our standout advantages is the ability to work with a hybrid schedule along with business travel, allowing our employees to strike a balance between work and life.
