Senior Aftercare Advisor

Our client is rapidly growing and has created a new role of Senior Aftercare Advisor to contribute to the further development of the Aftercare team and their client’s experience. Working closely with the Aftercare Manager, you'll ensure smooth property handovers and proactively manage any defects during the liability period.

Your responsibilities will span from coordinating aftercare processes to conducting on-site inspections as a trusted representative of our esteemed company.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensuring our brand's integrity through exceptional client interactions and swift issue resolution


• Balancing office tasks with on-site engagements throughout Greater London


• Arranging repair schedules and communicating effectively with residents


• Fostering strong relationships with clients and estate agents to encourage positive feedback


• Efficiently utilizing defect reporting systems while maintaining meticulous records Providing administrative assistance and supporting managerial tasks as required


• Coordinating engineers promptly for urgent repairs and managing defect resolutions


• Collaborating with internal departments to enhance service standards and meet KPIs


• Acting as a primary contact for customer queries and maintenance updates


• Conducting client system training sessions and contributing to future employee education

Skills & Experience Required:

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position


• A  preference for snagging or clerk of work experience Robust comprehension of residential new homes, aftercare, and prevalent defects


• Adept at interpreting floor plans, legal documents, and budgets Keen on continuous growth and learning Proficient in numeracy for financial oversight
