We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.Who we're looking for:As part of the Data Enablement team, the Senior Analytics Specialist is a technical role that will architect and develop solutions and services for VML Data's Tier one clients enabling them to make informed data driven decisions around strategy and analytics development.The focus of this position is to use your advanced business and technical experience of MARTECH technologies (Tag & Consent management systems, Data layers, Customer data platforms, etc.) to guide our clients with implementations, integrations, and provide insights into their digital properties. This position has high levels of interaction with our clients, their technical teams, agencies, and partners to deliver world class solutions.The position is for individuals who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial and can hit the ground running due to their advanced knowledge. The purpose of this position is to customize and provide solutions to our clients' exact business requirements enabling them to answer business questions in a timely, accurate and confident way.What you'll be doing:Define and implement best practice solutions and system architecture for analytics technologies that supports the client's enterprise-wide business needs and key performance indicators.Ability to think critically and make actionable recommendations to clients based on the business data needs: analyse scenarios, interpret requirements, and recommend actions to optimize marketing technology infrastructure, setup, and capabilities.Support day-to-day management of client's analytics systems to ensure tracking and reporting is functioning optimally, creating, and maintaining key reports, dashboards and analysis and work with client's internal teams to enhance as needed.Guide and promote web and opp technology and the use of web and opp as business channels, as well as articulate the benefits of an optimized analytics solution to all levels of the client'sCreate and deliver training on analytics and dataData visualisation design, development and implementation of dashboards and custom reportingProvide ad-hoc insights to clients regarding both internal data and industry trends and newsProvide internal team knowledge sharing to grow data visualisation and insights analysisKeep up to date with technology roadmaps, enhancements and evolutionEducate VML Data Business Development and Account teams on the use of Adobe Digital Marketing Suite to enable growth of their clientHeavy interaction and support on the phone with client employees all the way up to the senior management level of VML Data clients.What you'll need:Minimum 5 years' experience in digital analytics and digital marketingStrong Client facing skills - responsive, results driven and dedicated to customer supportStrong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/ responsibilities and small teams.Exposure to enterprise level clients and understanding of complex digital ecosystems and best practicesIn-depth knowledge of various business verticals, their business models and online marketing strategiesStrong knowledge and experience in the following areas (but not limited to):Analytics Tools: Google Analytics/GA4/Adobe AnalyticsTag Management Systems: GTM, Adobe Launch, TealiumAnalytics deployments for Web and App platformsDataLayers:functionality,definition,implementationVisual Analytics Platforms: Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBITesting and Optimisation: Adobe Target, OptimizeGoogle BigQueryCDP: Adobe Experience Platform / Tealium AudienceStream / SegmentHTML, CSS, JavaScriptAt VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
