Adecco Specialisms are working in partnership with a South Yorkshire organisation who are looking to being on a Senior Administrator/Project Support Officer for a 6 to 12 month contract.

In this role, you will be tasked with the following:

  • Calling organisations from a specific list to raise awareness of the project and the funding available
  • Follow-up and assist with completion of the standardised paperwork for the application
  • Chase up responses to questions with the care homes, particularly in getting them to send in their required quotes and returned Expressions of Interest (again, the EOI is a standard form)
  • Convert the EOI into a Memorandum of Understanding for the care home to sign off on (standard paperwork again)
  • Work with the finance lead to get the care home through the final hurdles

We are looking for an independent and experienced administrator to work with a target of about 80 organisations to get through to a position of receiving funding by this time next year, against approximately 400 available in the full target list. The role will be working directly to the Senior Project Manager as part of a small project team. It's a full time role, but would be able to work around commitments such as school runs. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to the Sheffield office once a week.

Please note this role falls inside IR35 at the rate will be payable via an Umbrella Company and will incur deductions.
