As a Senior Actuarial Analyst you will supporting the Actuarial Manager in providing post-sale monitoring and calculations relating to buy-in/out pricing, reinsurance, longevity insurance and collateral arrangements.Location: LondonCategory: Life ActuarialType: PermanentKey Responsibilities:Helping to on-board new reinsurance arrangements, including reviewing and feeding in comments to draft contracts and modelsEnsuring the highest level of support is provided to internal and external clients including consultants, trustees and reinsurersSupporting and checking the work of the Operations Analysts in their Collateral and Reinsurance Services teamProviding actuarial support to projects relevant to the wider new business teamPart-qualified actuary who is making good progress through the actuarial examsKnowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes, and associated valuation techniquesThe ability to work accurately with a high attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines to ensure project delivery
