Senior Acquisition Manager

My client is one of the leading Edge providers in the Data Centre space and with it's continuing journey of growth and success, we are looking to on-board a Senior Manager of Site Acquisitions. Here are some of the essentials for the role: Real Estate background
Jurisdictional experience (European preferably) Utilities /Environmental knowledge
Legal experience
zoning / licensing
Experience with legal teams
technical due diligence
We are looking for a 'closer' of site acquisitions who has some Data Centre experience (although not essential)
The successful can be based out of London, Amsterdam or Dublin.
