About Our Client Private Equity business based in Central London (Mayfair). Hybrid working (3 days in office). Breakfast and Lunch provided daily.
Job Description As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will work collaboratively with other members of the finance team. Responsibilities include: Process end-to-end accounts payable processing for UK and European entities Management of approvals, purchase orders, and vendor paymentsSupplier statement reconciliationsSupport vendor relationship, including timely responding to vendor inquiriesResponsible for corporate credit card Weekly bank reconciliationsPosting journals and cash entries into the accounting systemCash monitoringStakeholder management - internally and externally The Successful Applicant * Previous full-time accounts payable experience essential* Must be familiar working in a high-volume environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonally* Detail-oriented, organised, and excellent documentation skills* Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines* Has proficient knowledge of commonly used accounts payable concepts, practices, andprocedures* Proficient in MS Excel, including experience with look-up functions, pivot tables, and otherformulas* NetSuite - desirable, not essential
