A growing, innovative and successful firm of chartered accountants based in the Bristol region has a requirement for a Senior Accountant to join their team in a key position in this growing office in a hands on/review role preparing year accounts, tax and wider services to a varied client base. Increasing responsibility, client management potential and progression on offer. Client Details Based in the Bristol region, with parking on site along with hybrid working up to three to four days working from home on offer, this firm acts for very wide-ranging clients across varying industries acting for wide ranging industry sector sole trader, partnerships and limited company OMBs, SMEs, with larger clients up into the GBPmillions of turnovers. Industries are wide ranging and varied. As mentioned, a mix of remote/home to office working can also work well to suit around the preferences of the right candidate and the firm also offers flexible working hours and part-, or full-time hours and working arrangements to suit around the right candidate. Description Joining as a Senior Accountant, based in their Bristol offices as a senior accountant you will carve a key position in this growing firm with increasing client responsibility and portfolio management potential. As a result of growth, a role has arisen for hands on, senior accountant to prepare/review year end accounts, tax, VAT, management accounts and wider general practice services for a mixed portfolio. You will be given increasing responsibility and enjoy significant client contact, dealing with a proportion of clients in a more added value capacity, with involvement working closely with partners on advisory project work. Profile For this Senior Accountant role, you may be any of the following: AAT qualified and subsequently having built your career through experience, ACA or ACCA qualified, or suitably experienced only in your career. As a necessity you will have developed your career within accountancy practice in both a hands on and/or, review capacity across providing year end accounts, tax and wider services to a mixed client base of corporate limited companies, SMEs and OMBs, sole traders and partnerships.
