About the Senior Account Manager Role

As Senior Account Manager, you will manage day to day and individual partner opportunities through diligent sales pipelining and account management. You will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets of financed premiums by penetration of existing accounts and driving sales success across all partner accounts.

Senior Account Manager
your responsibilities and duties will include:
Support the relationship during on-boarding of new partners through to launch, ensuring a seamless customer focussed journey
Taking a collaborative approach with Operations, Marketing and the wider sales team, you will ensure broker and customer requirements are constantly met
Meet our partner’s data requirements including the provision of MI packs, data analysis and reports
Identifying training needs for our Capability team to address
Contributing to the quarterly sales meeting
Use the CRM system to maintain records and track progress
