3Search are delighted to be working with an an agile marketing agency based in the heart of London. A 'medium' sized agency they're a successful, established and award-winning agency working with blue-chip brands and clients. They're a multi-disciplinary network (including production, media and PR) and create integrated, creative marketing strategies and campaigns. The team are fun, collaborative, friendly and without ego.
The Role:
Due to client expansion and organic growth, the agency are looking to hire an organised Senior Account Manager to work across 2 of their biggest clients- covering both B2B and B2C projects across multiple markets. The work will involve working across multiple channels and working with multiple disciplines within the agency network. There is a close and positive working relationship already established with the clients- both are retained- so impeccable client servicing is vital. The work will mainly be across Social Media (creative assets), White-papers,Video Content, Digital, Email & CRM etc. As the Senior Account Manager you will manage the creative process from end to end coordinating with the internal creative studio/design team to execute and roll out campaigns. You will also be supported by an Account Executive and work closely with a fantastic Account Director and Business Director.
You:

You'll be positive and enthusiastic!
Have 3+ years of creative marketing/advertising agency experience
Will be a great communicator and stakeholder manager
Have experience of coordinating/supporting cross-functional agency teams to deliver large scale international projects
Be experienced in the world of integrated campaigns, with a focus on CRM and data
Love working with creative
Enjoy working with planners/strategists and able to support them developing communication solutions
Be organised with great attention to detail
