There’s never been a better time to join us.Hometrack provides market-leading valuation and risk services across the property and financial services industries.Founded in 1999, we now provide more than 50 million property valuations a year.Our Financial Services Team already works with 18 of the top 20 mortgage lenders, who use our risk management services and software to de-risk mortgage lending.Reporting to an assigned Account Director, the Senior Account Manager supports the delivery of effective account strategies for our leading financial services clients and prospects; growing client revenue and ensuring high degrees of client satisfaction while retaining their business.They are also responsible for identifying opportunities to apply Hometrack’s valuation models, Property Risk Automation software, property data, analytics and insight, using deep understanding of the individual client and market needs, while ensuring we have strong offerings to meet key client requirements, win market share and deliver strong business growth.The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Client Delivery team, setting priorities to drive customer satisfaction and retention. They will also work closely with Product Management and Marketing to execute an effective go to market plan for our propositions.In support of their larger tier 1 accounts, they will lead on ongoing account management such as invoice queries, helpdesk escalations, etc.In addition to supporting the Account Director on our major established accounts, the Senior Account Manager will also independently manage and deliver a pipeline of sales from a listed of allocated smaller/emerging accountsKey Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of clients’ and prospects’ requirements through an extensive network of contacts, developing sales and account plans to mutually beneficial relationships across the financial services and property markets.Support the Account Director in defining and executing on account plans to meet and exceed their financial targets of revenue and growth of tier 1 clients.Work independently of the Account Director in developing and closing their own pipline of opportunities across allocated tier two/three accounts.Define and execute strong sales processes, working with pre-sales and client teams, to create compelling propositions.Develop a deep understanding of Hometrack’s value propositions and products, delivering proposals to meet clients’ needs while supporting the development of our offerings through remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.Understand clients’, prospects’ and market needs to ensure our product and solution innovation enables Hometrack to retain its market leading position and to seize on new opportunities for valuation and property data solutions.Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure client projects are delivered to an exceptional standard and that client expectations are effectively managed end-to-end through the sales and delivery cycleEssential Skills:5-10 years of commercial experience in the financial services sector with significant exposure to the UK mortgage marketExperience at senior decision maker level within retail banking, proven ability to drive engagement and develop commercial relationships at the highest levels within the UK mortgage marketAbility to innovate and develop value propositions within financial services or banking markets; demonstrate the ability to understand clients’ needs and define suitable solutions to meets their requirementsProven track record in sales and building effective sales campaigns, able to lead complex sales processes, demonstrated by routinely meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targetsOutstanding relationship management, capable of delivering high levels of customer retention and profitable organic growth, a track record of launching new products and taking them to marketHighly effective written and verbal communication skills to lead and influence a range of senior internal and external stakeholdersDisciplined with strong planning and organisation skills and the ability to balance multiple conflicting prioritiesExperience in property technology and, ideally, automated valuation models (AVM)Understanding of property data and information markets and trends with an enthusiasm for innovation and new technologyDesired Skills:Consistent delivery of numbers based on forecasting and budget requirementsGood understanding of the financial regulatory landscape impacting valuation services, experience of collateral risk management within the capital markets sector (e.g. securitisations, covered bonds) also desirableGraduate degree or Masters preferred, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar numerate disciplines highly valuedUnderstanding of property data and information markets and trends with an enthusiasm for innovation and new technologyConsistent delivery of numbers based on forecasting and budget requirements Everyday Flex - greater flexibility over where and when you work 25 days annual leave + extra days for years of service Day off for volunteering & Digital detox day Festive Closure - business closed for period between Christmas and New Year Cycle to work and electric car schemes Free Calm App membership Enhanced Parental leave Fertility Treatment Financial Support Group Income Protection and private medical insurance Gym on-site in London 7.5% pension contribution by the company Discretionary annual bonus up to 10% of base salary Talent referral bonus up to £5K
