Job DescriptionSenior Account Manager We are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager who is going to help lead one our largest global asset management accounts. To thrive in this role, you will have the ability to win people over, collaborate with peers, build strong relationships with clients and publishers, and to think strategically and outside the box. You will be confident in planning and managing media campaigns across a full range of channels, with experience in the consumer space. With our extensive industry expertise, proprietary technology and research, we are able to help our clients navigate the challenges in delivering impactful and highly targeted marketing to the right audiences, achieving their marketing objectives.Click here to read more on our website.Within your role, you will be working on the following: Lead a team of account executives and media executives (line management of 2-3 individuals) with support from a Group Account Director or Account Director Own the client relationship to become a consultant to the client’s marketing teamCreation and management of media strategies for clientsUtilise client, third party and internal research sources to enhance recommendations Management of annual media plan budgetsAttending in person and online meetings with clients and publishers and sharing relevant opportunities with clients and internal teams Briefing publishers and media vendors for new campaigns, working collaboratively to develop new opportunities, collating and assessing responses and share with teamPrepare assessments of media within the campaign strategy and event opportunitiesOversee the management of on-going and post campaign reportingFeedback and idea generation for constant improvement of process across the agencyPitching for new clients About You:Experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with 3-5+ years’ media agency experience Leadership qualities and an interest in developing and mentoring junior team members An entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability and a strong desire to work in a tech-focused environment Willingness to adopt, test and provide feedback on new technologies developed by the business A strong interest in financial news, business, economics or willingness to learn and stay up to date with these areas Good time management, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAble to work under tight schedule and manage priorities for multiple tasks set by clientsConfident in building relationships internally and externally, good communicator and public speaker (required for meetings with clients and publishers)Well organised, able to work independently, proactively and be a strong team playerExperience in an agency or publisher is essential A strong analytical and positive mind-set Fluent in spoken & written English.
