Job Description
We are the UK's leading travel, tourism, and lifestyle communications
partner.
We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager/Junior Account Director to
join our thriving PR team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join the world leading integrated travel
marketing agency, in a role that will be critical in supporting the business to achieve
its next level of ambitious, global growth. It therefore requires a dynamic individual,
capable of providing operational know-how, strategic support, and entrepreneurial
nous.
The successful candidate will be a graduate with at least 3 years' experience of PR
working in a similar role. They will have the ability to manage staff, have a strong eye
for detail and maintain good media contacts across the travel and lifestyle sectors.
The successful candidate will also have an excellent understanding of social media
and be able to initiate and organise media events trade shows and press trips. The
Senior Account Manager will form part of a dynamic and creative team, as well as
being able to work on his/her own initiative in a demanding and challenging
environment.
Applicants must be able to work - and thrive - in a fast-paced environment and
should have the confidence to operate successfully under their own initiative as well
as collaboratively alongside the wider team. We are looking for
someone who is motivated, organised and creative, with the ability to multi-task,
prioritise and take full responsibility for their own workload as well as overseeing a
team. Flawless execution, an eye for detail, financial efficiencies and an exceptional
grasp of the media landscape. Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is
preferred but not essential.
