The Role
A fantastic opportunity calls for an innovative, passionate induvial with a strong account managing past in the media sector to work on the agency’s largest client from both size and revenue perspectives. Reporting into the Business Director and directly line managing at least two juniors, being a confident leader and supportive manager to the team is something that is key to the agency as all this adds to the standout culture and positive environment they have built.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing and nurturing client relationships, with effective information and keeping them up to date on all campaigns and progress.
Establishing a level of trust with the client to then build it and expand on their projects and budgets, maximizing account profitability.
Day-today delivery of media campaigns, working across the likes of Meta, TikTok, PPC, direct buys etc.
Deliver and developing strategies for clients that coordinate media activity.
Able to identify new and emerging trends and act on them, being a pro on the client’s business and knowing the ins and out of them.
Working closely with business director and supporting on delivery of campaigns.
This role is both performance and brand heavy so experience in these sectors is essential.
What we need to see (essential):
Experience working with a Media agency and on performance and brand is non-negotiable.
Strong strategic planner
Ambitious, creative eager attitude
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate experience managing a team of 2 or more.
Ability to work autonomously and responsible for multiple campaigns with the same client.
Worked with big budgets previously in excess of £1mil
Location:
West/Central London
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
