We are looking for a strong senior account manager, with beauty knowledge and a passion for purpose, who will be responsible for running the day-to-day project management across a range of different accounts. Working with a broad collective of colleagues across the team and the wider agency, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of delivery across a range of integrated communications programmes, always taking a front foot with your account teams, ensuring team delivery of integrated communications programmes to an extremely high level. Under the guidance of the senior team, you will have a hands-on approach in managing client relationships and delivering strategic and well-thought-out communications programmes that are based on expert industry specific knowledge. You’ll be able to able to demonstrate experience of decoding complicated briefs and translating into digitally driven ideas and delivery.You will also take a proactive role in wider agency operations and forums, always contributing to the strength of our broader team both internally and externally. press office planning, management and delivery Provide strong
support to account lead, with timely management of account actions. Confidently lead
client calls and own preparation of agendas and minutes to meet deadlines. Ensure timely
coverage updates and coverage emails, with a clear explanation of the
coverage driver and quality. Employ
excellent written and verbal presentation skills, owning press office
proposals and delivering client updates/proposals as part of client calls
and meetings. Regularly
manage projects from inception to delivery to create PR assets and events
- play a key role in presenting proposal to the client to secure budget
& activity approval. Assist in the
development of strategic client proposals, providing superior writing and
editing skills, research and local market insights.
Demonstrate
strong media and influencer relationships, to the benefit of day-to-day from
identify potential areas of collaboration to support client work, client
pitching and in-role specialism. Have experience working with a range of influencers and talent from micro level, all the way up to celebrity talent. Leverage
Influencer Marketing experience, working across campaign activation,
toolkits, product launches and more. Develop
appropriate influencer programmes, identifying key deliverables and usage
rights for the success of the campaign. Work in an
integrated manner with other Marcomms functions such as PR and the ability
to ideate how Influencer Marketing fits into broader campaign ecosystems. Support the Head of Influencer Marketing and account teams in upselling influencer programmes to clients by offering bespoke, highly strategic counsel. Use influencer
management platforms and tools such as CreatorIQ to deliver and optimise
projects from start to finish. Act as key
driver and champion of influencer activity in the UK by ensuring processes
are in place for consolidation and streamlining of efforts across your
accounts. Management of
press and influencer mailers and seeding programmes to a high standard Stakeholder
Relationship Management- Relationships with key journalists, bloggers,
influencers, advocates, opinion leaders, and other communities
representing client market sectors are established and maintained.
Cultural
curiosity, with a deep and abiding interest in the patterns and trends
that are shaping local culture and appreciation for what that means for
BCW, clients, brands and consumers. Experience that contributes to your success: Cultural and social awareness – An ability to understand the diversity
of mindset and adapt comms to relate and appeal to different demographic
groups accordingly. Creative ideas and communications strategies which reflect the real
communication objectives of the client are developed and clearly
documented in project plans and are executed to the highest quality will
provide the foundation for delivery of all activity. Established influencer marketing experience and network Copywriting- Advanced writing skills for multiple audiences are in
evidence, including the production of press releases, project proposals,
presentations and wider forms of communications content.
Experience using social media listening tools, including Sysomos,
Brandwatch, Talkwalker as well as Influencer management tool, CreatorIQ. Proven strong project management skills and experience (budget,
scope, time, risk & quality management) owning projects from start to
finish across large accounts and projects.
Presentation Skills- Confident and effective presentation skills are
applied internally with teams and externally with clients, prospects and
other audiences.
People and Team Management- A comprehensive blend of management
styles and techniques are adopted to ensure delivery of client results
while motivating, supporting and developing team members.
