Due to expansion within their Cyber, Professional and Financial Lines Team there is an opportunity for a Senior Technician (Senior Account handler) to work as part of an established team - This role would be predominantly homebased with occasional working in the City per month.Your new roleWorking as a Senior Technician ( Senior Account Handler) will be to drive the delivery of an efficient and enhanced end to end operations service your new companies,Clients, Brokers and Account Executives. This role means you will be responsible for the production of MRC slips and endorsements. Ensuring accurate completion of wording schedules and consistency of key terms and conditions including definitions throughout the placement documentation/MRCs. Initiating and overseeing the premium processing function, supporting the processing technicians with the resolution of queries as appropriate. Other duties will include supporting the internal File Audit/Peer Review process working with the File Review/Best Practice and Internal Audit team.. You will be encouraged to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, supporting them with all technical issues and queries.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Technician/ Broker Support Technician or Account Handler handling Cyber, Professional or Financial Lines business as well as the production of MRC slips will contribute to your success. You will be technically astute, highly literate and numerate and preferably have started some professional qualifications. Your excellent planning, time management and organisation skills alongside your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing teamPLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A LONDON MARKET INSURANCE TECHNICIAN HANDLING CYBER, PI OR FI AND RELATED BUSINESS AND HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE OF MRC SLIP PRODUCTION.
