About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Account Executive to join our team, either remotely or based part-time in our London office, working across our commercial agency and CME divisions. Reports to: Senior Account Manager or Account DirectorLocation: London CentralSalary: GBP32,500 per annum Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in financial and project management, supporting small to medium projects on key accounts. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the management of major projects and autonomously managing smaller projects, such as scientific meetings, client meetings, and digital projectsEstablishing and maintaining relationships with clients and external experts, contributing to organic business growth and proposals/pitchesEnsuring adherence to quality control procedures, maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating project status to the teamContributing to business development activities, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business initiatives Qualifications and Skills:
Life science degree, ideally combined with a higher qualification (e.g., MSc, PhD)Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience in delivering medical communication and education projects within an agency environment or similarStrong project management and financial understanding, with the ability to contribute to strategic account planningExcellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation abilitiesProven track record of working effectively within a team environment and with clientsExceptional organisational skills, attention to details, time management, and adherence to deadlinesIT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and punctuality in time management, including timesheet submission How to Apply If you're ready to join a progressive company with excellent career prospects, we want to hear from you!
