Salary: Up to c.£65k-£70k. This can be discussed and will depend on level & experience.
Our client, a new culture-first agency that’s on a mission to put the needs of the brand at the heart of brilliant creative ideas, is hiring. They are looking for an established Senior Account Director (SAD) aspiring to move to an Associate Director role, or a newly promoted Associate Director (ASD) with a strong background in Consumer PR.
Ideal candidates will have experience from a similar PR agency setting, demonstrating expertise in creative PR campaigns and press office management.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will collaborate closely with the founder to shape and drive the agency's growth.
Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring the delivery of impactful PR strategies.
Develop and execute innovative PR campaigns, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Utilize press office experience to enhance media relations and client visibility.
Contribute to the agency’s strategic direction, fostering an entrepreneurial culture.
Personal Skills:
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in Consumer PR within an agency environment. You will be a strong creative thinker and excellent campaign execution skills. Press office experience is a necessity, with strong media relationships.
You should have an entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for making significant impacts. Ready for a new challenge and eager to play a key role in a growing agency.
