With a strong emphasis on fostering creativity and innovation, they are dedicated to providing a supportive work environment that values the unique contributions of every team member.The Role:As a Senior Exhibition/Experiential Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and visual identity of our client's events and exhibitions. From concept development to the creation of 3D exhibition and 2D graphics designs, you will be at the forefront of crafting immersive experiences. Your role will also involve workshop-ready CAD working drawings, staying abreast of industry trends, and occasional international travel for inspiration.Responsibilities & Expectations:Develop compelling concepts and creative storytellingExecute 3D exhibition and 2D graphics designProduce workshop-ready CAD working drawingsStay informed on current and future trends, including AI, AR, and Real-Time renderingParticipate in international travel for inspirationProvide on-site guidance for design implementationBring innovative ideas to continually elevate the department's creative outputContribute to shaping the overall design identity of the companySkills Required:Proficiency in SketchUp, 3DS Max, Corona Render, and Adobe Suite (preferred)Willingness to learn and adapt to other software competencies (training provided)Exceptional creative thinking, communication, and time management skillsConfident and engaging presentation abilities for pitches alongside directorsProven ability to lead multiple projects with a proactive, can-do attitudeStrong team player with enthusiasm for collaborative effortsCapability to work both independently and within a larger team structureIf you are a passionate Senior Exhibition Designer looking to contribute to a forward-thinking creative team, we invite you to apply.
