About the Role:





Grade A Recruitment is thrilled to announce multiple openings for SEN Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEMH schools in Kings Lynn. These are full-time, long-term positions with the potential for permanent placement, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth. There are both generalist and pupil-specific roles available. We are looking for patient, experienced and passionate individuals to join us and take on this very exciting and rewarding role!





What will you be doing as a SEND Teaching Assistant?






  • Facilitate access to learning for SEND pupils across the school.


  • Support teaching and learning, working with small groups and one-to-one as required.


  • Implement therapeutic approaches, where play is a key component.


  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each pupil.


  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.






What do we expect from you (SEND Teaching Assistant)?






  • Previous experience in a similar school-based role as a Teaching or Classroom Assistant.


  • Passion for working with children with SEND and a commitment to their holistic development.


  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative approach to supporting learning.


  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a challenging but rewarding environment.
