SEND Teaching Assistant

Staff for Education are currently recruiting for Learning Support Teaching Assistants to work at an Alternative Provision based in the Loughborough area to start as soon as possible.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday on a long term basis with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
As a Learning Support Teaching Assistant, your main duties will be:
- To deliver an innovative approach to help engage learners
- Working with students on a 1-2-1 basis or with small groups at a variety of local sites
- To have an understanding of health and safety awareness
- Previous SEND experience would be preferred but is not essential
Please note that the successful candidate MUST have a driving licence and access to a car as the role will involve travelling between different sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that have a passion to support learners and allow their education to excel.
There is also opportunities available for part-time positions too (18 hours per week).
