Role Requirements:

• Experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Comprehensive knowledge of KS1 phonics.
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to SEND students within the KS1 setting.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement tailored strategies for individual student needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
