My client is looking to recruit English, Maths and Science Teachers for their school in Newark. Salary £30,000 to £46,525 per year + SEN £2539 - Start Dates September 2024
My clientnow have 17 schools and homes across England, some of which were developed as completely new bespoke provisions. Others were acquired by the group as early-stage developments from founders who shared the same ethos.

Each of their schools and homes can support children and young people with social, emotional and mental health problems, autism and specific learning difficulties which may affect their behaviour.
About the role: As an English, Math's or Science Teacher at my clients school School, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything they do. Staff have responsibility for the education provision as well as the provision of excellent pastoral care and positive behaviour management strategies, including the use of restorative approaches. The teacher will take lead responsibility for the class, including the provision of timetables, lesson plans, schemes of work, Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs). You will have a clear understanding of the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs; gifted and talented; EAL; disabilities; and be able to use and evaluate distinctive teaching approaches to engage and support them whilst being aware of pupils capabilities, their prior knowledge and plan teaching and differentiate appropriately to build on these demonstrating knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn.
About you :
For this role, we are looking for someone who holds QTS , you might even be newly qualified and ideally you will have experience of working with children with SEND and ASC . With a proven ability to deliver high quality, lively and effective secondary teaching, which engages and motivates young people, youll be someone who has a passion for supporting them to learn and develop, and youll want to make a difference to the lives and education of their children and young people.
