Role Overview: As our Correspondence and Feedback Officer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that no child or young person's voice goes unheard. You'll oversee enquiries, manage correspondence, and spearhead feedback mechanisms to shape impactful services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support for inquiries into our Inclusion Service, delivering tailored responses that make a difference.
• Lead the charge in managing our advice helpline and single access point, ensuring top-notch assistance for those who need it most.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to address concerns and improve service delivery.
• Harness the power of feedback systems to drive continuous improvement, analysing insights and spearheading positive change.
