Are you an experienced SENCO looking for work in Birmingham?
Winner Education are recruiting for a SENCO on behalf of one of our client SEND schools in Acocks Green. This role is part time, up to 3 days a week but the school be flexible, on a long-term role which could become more progressive for the right candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the senior leadership team within the trust to support the development and growth of the school
- Report directly in to the Headteacher
- Strategic development and direction of SEN within the whole school
- Design and maintain the inclusion/SEN Development plan inline with the school Improvement Plan
- Attend relevant meetings inside and outside of the school and provide feedback to SLT with updates on policies and practices
- Communicate with all parents with children with EHCP’s/SEN
- Review pupil EHCP’s
