We are looking for an inspirational SENCO to join our team in our brand-new school in Wolverhampton.

Our specialist independent schools offer unrivalled opportunities, securing sound educational outcomes with personalised, inclusive, and stimulating programmes of learning. We provide education and support to children and young people who have complex special educational needs (SEN) and require their SEN provision to be delivered in a specialist setting.

The successful applicants will need:

• SENCO Qualification or be close to completing
• Must have QTS
• Experience working as a SENDCo

About you:

• You will have a passion for ensuring all young people succeed.
• Experience of working effectively with local authorities
• Be able to work collaboratively within a supportive, committed, and successful staff team.
• Have high aspirations for yourself and for others, and a commitment to further development.
• Have a robust understanding of SEND Code of practice
• An understanding of SEMH education and how to support the additional needs associated with SEMH pupils.
