**Position:** SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
**Location:** Linton
**Hours:** Full Time, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
**Start Date:** September 2024

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child with behavioral difficulties. This full-time role is based in Linton and requires a commitment from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to help the child succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide 1:1 support to a child with behavioral difficulties.
- Implement strategies to manage and improve behavior.
- Assist with academic tasks and provide personalized learning support.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are met.
- Monitor and record the child's progress, providing regular feedback.

**Requirements:**

- Experience working with children with behavioral difficulties.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
