SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant(s) required

Day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles

�83 - �90 daily rate

Academics are working with a number of Primary Schools in Enfield who require a mix of day-to-day cover, short-term and long-term SEN Teaching Assistant(s). Experience of working with SEN is mandatory for these roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure students are engaged and completing their work to a high standard
• Support pupils inside and outside of the classroom
• Assist with managing challenging behaviour
• Assist the class teacher with setting up activities and displays when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a classroom setting is essential
• Experience working with Special needs is required
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK
• Must have an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one
• Must be able to provide 2 references which cover the last 2 years of employment/education
• Commitment to travel to Enfield
