Rate of pay: £384.60 - £425 P/W

**About the role**

As a Teaching assistant you play a crucial role supporting both students and Teachers throughout the demanding school day. We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant capable of providing support to numerous age groups varying from Reception to Year 6 as well as additional support to the Classroom Teacher. Each and every student is unique and induvial in their own way and some may require some additional support on a 1-1 basis some flexibility and the ability to adapt to situations to meet each students needs is essential.

**Role Requirements**

• Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is desirable
• Previous experience working in Educational or Care would be advantageous
• A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
• An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
