SEN TA - The Role    
In the heart of Swanley, an 'Good' SEN School are on the hunt for a SEN TA to start in May. This is a permanent position for the perfect SEN TA. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious SEN TA who is keen to add value to an expanding their department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects. The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school! For this SEN TA role, the school ideally would like someone with experience engaging with SEN children and managing behaviour.

The school has strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport, using the Overground. Then a less than 15 minutes' walk directly to the school.
