Our focus is on providing exceptional education and support to primary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs


• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment


• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support each student's progress


• Employ innovative and effective teaching methods designed for students with ASD and complex needs


• Monitor and assess students' development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


• Experience working with children with ASD and complex needs


• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills


• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching
