Job Title: SEN Teacher 

Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher ready to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? Our schools in Halstead are seeking experienced and empathetic SEN Teachers to join our team immediately. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support and guidance to students, ensuring they reach their full potential.

About the Role: 

- Utilize your expertise as an SEN Teacher to develop individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of students with special educational needs.

- Provide differentiated instruction and support to students with a range of learning difficulties, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD.

- Collaborate with other professionals, including educational psychologists and speech therapists, to develop comprehensive support strategies for students.

- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic and personal development.

- Monitor student progress and assess their individual needs, adjusting teaching methods and resources accordingly.

Requirements: 

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with students with special educational needs.

- Strong understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities, along with effective strategies for supporting students.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.
